SERVICE

Servicing is done by our experienced and trained staff at our factory site in Perth. For high use, safety related ladders, we recommend ladders to be serviced and recertified every year to the Australian Standard.

You may wish to take advantage of our Replacement Ladder Programme (see below) to keep your ladder fleet and workforce operational while regular servicing is being carried out.

PARTS

As an Australian manufacturer, we carry stock of new ladders and parts in Western Australia for servicing and repairing of LADDERFORCE ladders and platforms. Parts are priced reasonably and you may wish to take advantage of our New for Old ladder replacement option.

REPAIRS

Repairs are done by our experienced and trained staff at our factory site in Perth. You may wish to take advantage of our Replacement Ladder Programme to keep your ladder fleet and workforce operational while regular servicing is being carried out. We also offer a “New for Old” Ladder replacement option.

REPLACEMENT LADDER PROGRAMME

To keep your ladder fleet and team operational Western Ladders offers a Replacement Ladder Programme for the LADDERFORCE range of ladders with a 24hr turnaround option on your broken or damaged ladders.

We will provide a replacement ladder on loan while your ladder is being assessed and repaired subject to a few conditions.

We also offer the option to trade new for old ladders with substantial discounts, subject to the condition of your old ladder.

ENGRAVED PERMANENT IDENTIFICATION

Under harsh conditions identification on ladders can be damaged or become illegible. LADDERFORCE ladders have an engraved metal name plate attached.

Brief Client information can be include on the name plate along with the servicing history. This will help with asset management and safety compliance for your ladder fleet.
